Students, graduates, clinic clients, instructors and staff all participated in the creative process of defining our new brand and introducing ASM Wellness. ASM Wellness serves as a gateway for people considering a career in Alternative Healthcare.

SMB Essentials founder, Lake Louise, visits Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics (AIA) where her Lotus Moon products are used exclusively in both the esthetics certification program and in the student clinic. SMB Essentials is a beauty and wellness products company whose brands include: Lotus Moon®,DetoxRx®, Plain Jane Beauty® and SON®. Lake visits AIA several times a year to meet with and educate students on the effectiveness and importance of using natural and organic products in their practice. ”I always look forward to Lake’s visits. ASM Personal Trainer Clinic Success is a Two-way Street 

I graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage in 2004. I spent several years working for various businesses and gained experience and knowledge of the massage industry. I then decided I wanted to work for myself and started my mobile massage business. In 2010 I registered with the state as an LLC and founded Turn 2 Massage.  

 Injury Free Functional Strength Training

Atlanta School of Massage Personal Trainer Program (PTP) students recently took a field trip to Catalyst Fitness, a fully accredited personal training and Performance Enhancement facility. Catalyst is run by Valorie Ness, B.S., ACE CPT, NASM CES, and Bill Sonnemaker M.S., NASM PES, CES, CSCS, both internationally respected as health and fitness educators. The field trip was one of several for ASM PTP students to local cutting edge fitness facilities. "The fitness industry offers a vast array of opportunities. I believe it is essential for the student to get experience with different fitness facilities to gain insight into just some of those opportunities that are available to them. And to network with business owners who are highly educated, respected and successful.", said Yano Anaya, ASM PTP director.

Hands-on Training is an Essential to a Successful Personal Trainer Career

Atlanta School of Massage offers one of the most respected personal trainer certifications in Georgia. The ASM Personal Trainer Program has many valuable components. Of utmost importance is the extensive hands-on supervised training essential to a trainers success and confidence. In addition to training each other students work with the public in the teaching clinic. This gives them the experience of working with an array of body types, goals and conditions. A fun component are the field trips to local Atlanta gyms.
